Non-Tax Wkly- $980.00
Taxable Wkly- $800.00
Blended Rate- $44.50
OT Rate- @ $60.00
Total PRN Gross Contract: $18,720 w/o OT
Rate- $39.00/hr.

Must Have: All approved and up to date credentials need to be available along with a PA license, Completed competencies (provided by LHS), RELIABLE and a team player.
