Loyal Hearts Staffing has skillfully created its CPR certification programs specializing in BLS, Heart saver and First Aid. Each group of participants is trained based on their specific career-related needs. CPR training courses are available for groups of any size for individuals, companies, and corporations. These “Hands-On” courses are taught anywhere: a client’s office, a hospital, a home residence, or in our classrooms. Our courses are approved and recommended by the American Heart and Stroke Foundation. **If you're interested in enrolling in the AHA BLS CPR Blended Course, please follow the link here: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls to complete the required online portion and written exam. Upon successful completion of the online component, you will become eligible to register for the HeartCode BLS skills session. During this hands-on portion, you'll demonstrate your skills under the guidance of a certified and experienced AHA instructor. Once you've successfully completed both components, you will be awarded your official Certificate of Completion.**

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Loyal Hearts Staffing for your CPR training needs. To ensure that all participants receive the highest quality training experience, we have established the following cancellation policy: Notice of Cancellation: Participants must provide written notice via email @exploreus@loyalhearts.org, of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled training session. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to reschedule the appointment with the rescheduling fee of $15.00 and/or a forfeiture on the deposit. No-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the session will be charged the full course fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us in writing, via email, as soon as possible. Rescheduling is permitted provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the original session time. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled session may incur a rescheduling fee. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, public health emergencies), Loyal Hearts Staffing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to an alternate session at no additional cost. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Credit Card Processing: At the time of registration, your credit card information will be collected and securely stored on file. This is to facilitate the processing of any deposits, applicable fees for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows as outlined in our cancellation policy. All stored payment details are managed in accordance with industry-standard security practices and PCI-DSS guidelines to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your information. A CC processing fee is assessed with CC usage at 2.99%. By registering for a course, participants agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
